I feel like I should start out with a confession. Hello, my name is Rebekah, and I am addicted to delicious food. Well, ok, maybe not quite addicted... but I do love a happy tummy! In May 2012, I made the life-changing decision to lose 30 pounds. Since then, I have grown (there is
so much to learn about nutrition and exercise) and shrank (2 pant sizes, hooray!). Through a flexitarian, whole-foods, plant-based diet and by using Weight Watchers guidelines, I have lost 26 pounds so far!
